Alonso and Massa are waiting for you at the Circuit
The Region of Valencia’s Ricardo Tormo Circuit in Cheste will, for the second year running, be hosting the Ferrari World Finals, an end of the racing season event that will bring together all the participants in the competitions held by the Italian team throughout the world, together with the Ferrari F1 and FIA GT World Championship teams.
Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa will be the two stars of the exhibition taking place on Sunday at midday on a track that, over the course of one weekend, will see over 200 different kinds of vehicles emblazoned with the logo of Il Cavallino Rampante. Classic examples of Ferraris will be seen alongside modern F430s, some of Ferrari’s legendary F1 models, vintage models, and prototypes from the exclusive FXX programme.
Last year, Ferrari decided to organise the Ferrari World Finals outside of Italy and chose the Region of Valencia’s Ricardo Tormo Circuit as the venue. Furthermore, at this event, the Circuit also provided the setting for Fernando Alonso’s debut as an official driver for Ferrari and saw the return of the Brazilian Felipe Massa to the track following his accident at the Hungarian Grand Prix, a moment witnessed by over 17,000 fans gathered together at the Circuit.
